Contains AI Slop Imagery in all of the "sleep insights" articles. Has an AI assistant that is front and center in the app. This has severely affected my previously positive view of Anker as a company, as I now know they will cut corners and reduce the quality of a product if it is to save a few cents. Seriously, you can pay someone on Fiverr like $20 to make a commercial use image that looks significantly better, and as a little bonus, isn't an insult to art/ists as a whole. Do better.

It's a great app, but it just takes up too much space because of its AI. I'm going to be honest, I've never used the AI. I have a Headspace app and Liberty 4 NC headphones, and I just never use the AI. I don't feel like it's ever useful to me, and I wish they would wait to disable it or something like that, or at least like make the model AI model a bit smaller because it should not take up that much space on my phone.

great earbuds, awful app. the opening screen is so bright and annoying. the app takes forever to load. the long loading time of when the app recognizes your earbuds WHILE they are connected and playing makes no sense. this app will randomly flash you with ads, too. if you want high quality earbuds for a low price, having to use this app is absolutely the catch. it really sucks.
