Problems with log-ins, making withdrawals, and even staying past 5 minutes in online help sessions. They will lock down your account with no explanation given. Attempted to withdraw $50 six times. Each attempt failed. Account locked down every time. Terrible experience. Terrible customer support.

I had problems logging in, as others have reported, but finally figured out why: the app does not allow spaces as part of the password. This is a bit odd since the website encouraged me to include spaces in my password. I went to the website and changed my password to not have spaces and was then able to login to the app. Developers: Please update the app to allow spaces in the password if you want better adoption.

Edit: After posting this, I was able to access the app for the first time. When it works, it is easy to use. Downloaded in early January, have not been able to login once since then. Sucks because I want to deposit checks directly to my citizens access account, but you can't without the app or mailing them in. Account works fine online, the app is completly useless as is though.
