Hi TnG! This app is really helpful for me to make payment for tolls, parking, and shopping. However, since the terms change for travel pass, i think it's a hassle for me to buy it on short period of time between 12am to 7am before taking the train. I was hoping the early subscription to be implement back, or allow user to renew 1 week or 3 days prior to expiration date. Thank you, look forward to your enhancement!

Have been trying to top up via credit card for at least half an hour. It is blank after I clicked "top up". Tried doing via DuitNow. Cant even transfer via bank account. Tried to link my number to duitnow via TNG app, prompted unavailable. Really speechless. Very worried if this is an app to deal with credit card and bank account, with auto debit options.

Quick Payment and Auto Reload with debit cards are no longer supported as part of our ongoing efforts to provide a more reliable payment experience. There's no change when using credit cards. You can also schedule DuitNow Transfer, or reload with TNG eWallet Pin, a debit card or credit card.

the esim of tng not working during my oversea trip, it showed with user account not found error and forced me to purchase another roaming service that are much more pricey than esim, it really wasted my time, energy, and resources to deal with this issue, please reconsider when you choose the esim service from tng, it's not reliable.
