This is really frustrating. This is third time our application has been rejected because of the boarding pass. My friend has been suffering for more than a week. His phone is locked, and he has traveled to Kurdistan, Iraq, for a new job. He is working without a mobile phone, which is causing him significant difficulties. We have already provided all the required documents, including: Passport Mobile phone box Purchase receipt Boarding pass What kind of additional proof do you require?

Dear Carlcare Management, I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the repeated delays and poor handling of warranty/claim devices at the Carlcare service center. I run Aslam Mobile Center, Shop #48, Masjid Baghwali, Vehari, and we regularly submit Infinix, TECNO and itel warranty/claim devices to Carlcare for repair. We are facing the following serious problems: - Customers' phones are sometimes kept at the service center for one month, one and a half months, or even two
