This is a completely disappointing application and service. I applied for a new number and paid the required amount, but the card still has not been activated. I was instructed to contact customer support, yet no one responds when I try to reach them. Can this be considered a form of fraud or a scam? I certainly hope not, but this level of service is unacceptable and does not reflect the standards I would expect from a company like yours. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as 76806903

Connection got cancelled within 2 hours of being operational. Wanted to call and complain but calls did not pass through due to disconnection. Upon enquiring with local mobile shop, he made an effort to enquire and was told the random registration guy at petrol pump did not upload the documents well and I have to resend docs via chat. Between this time, I have tried to call, I have tried to send WhatsApp and also tried locating nearest redbull mobile shop. Shops are almost non existent, no resp

I tried the e-recharge option through the app and my card was charged but I didn't get the recharged amount. Contacted customer service but no help. They asked me to wait for 3 days to 1 week to see if I will get the amount back to my account. Very bad app service.
