Infofleet Mobile

The Infofleet app allows you to track your vehicles using GPS through an easy-to-use interface. Monitor your vehicles and assets directly from your mobile device and receive real-time push notification alerts for important fleet activities and events.

Infofleet is designed and developed by Informap, serving more than 1,000 companies across the UAE.

FUNCTIONALITY OF THE INFOFLEET APP

Dashboard

View the current operational status of your fleet at a glance.

Real-Time Tracking — Map and Table Views

Switch easily between map and table views. The table view provides an organized list of all vehicles, including their operational status and current speed.

Vehicle Status

Vehicles are displayed in three modes based on their engine status:

• Moving — Engine is ON and speed is above 5
• Idle — Engine is ON and speed is below 5
• Parking — Engine is OFF

Search by Vehicle

Quickly find a vehicle using its plate number, vehicle ID, make, or model.

Search by Driver

Find assigned drivers using their driver ID or name.

Vehicle Information

View important vehicle information, including current speed, distance travelled, and location details.

Odometer Reading

Get a quick snapshot of each vehicle’s latest odometer reading.

Vehicle and Driver Details

Tap a vehicle icon on the map to view detailed vehicle and driver information.

Call Drivers Directly

Contact assigned drivers directly from the app for faster communication.

Vehicle History — Map and Table Views

Generate vehicle history for a selected period and review it using either the map or table view.

History Playback

Replay a vehicle’s historical route to review and simulate the path taken by the driver.

Real-Time Push Notification Alerts

Stay informed wherever you are with real-time push notifications for important vehicle activities and fleet events. Receive timely alerts directly on your device, helping you respond faster and manage your fleet more efficiently.

Available alerts include:

• Overspeeding
• Excessive idling
• Moonlighting
• Registration expiry
• Insurance expiry
• Oil service expiry
• Other important vehicle and fleet events

Generate Reports

Generate useful fleet reports, including:

• Activity Report
• Daily Summary Report
• Trip Report
• Cumulative Distance Report
• Asset Logbook Report
• Fuel Report

Generated reports can be sent directly to your registered email address.
