MedTick: Medication Reminder

Setting up medication schedules on a small screen can take extra taps. Create or edit reminders on your Android phone, then get medication alerts and record dose actions on your Wear OS watch. The phone companion is optional: MedTick still works directly on your watch.

Your watch schedules and delivers reminders. The companion does not send separate medication alerts or log doses. Phone-to-watch sync uses Google Play services; the watch continues using its own stored schedules when disconnected.

MEDTICK PRO

The free version supports up to two active medications, seven days of on-watch history, and the Tile and complication. An optional one-time MedTick Pro purchase unlocks unlimited active medications, longer 30-day and 90-day history views, per-medication marked-taken summaries, detailed CSV reports, and medication/schedule duplication on the watch. Duplicated medications start paused for your review.

PRIVACY AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Medication schedules and dose history are stored on your watch. If you connect the optional phone companion, medication names, dosage text, instructions, schedules and paused/active state are also stored on your paired phone and exchanged through Google Play services. Dose history is not synced to the phone. No MedTick account or developer-operated medication server is required.

Reminder delivery depends on supported hardware, notification and alarm settings, permissions, battery state and operating-system behavior.
