I'm absolutely delighted with the cost and the service. I've travelled in France with no issues. I've just bought a roaming add on because I'm going to Monaco later. It cost just £4 for 1GB which will last 8 days. It couldn't have been simpler to order. I was warned by text as soon as I went through Monaco on the train of the potential charges if I didn't buy the roaming pass. I recommend Lebara 100%.

Annoying being forced to update when all I wanted to do was quickly check my data usage. The app was updated just a few days ago and the new release is not listed as a critical security update, so why block me from opening it? When I'm out and just want to check if my data is running low, the last thing I want to do is use 24Mb to update the app to find out! Especially if the signal is poor. I may as well just use the website. A shame as otherwise it's a good app

lucky I have even given it one star I was promised 3gb of data with downloading this app. Guess what I didn't get it, it also started auto renewing my account and I asked for that to be cancelled. After some time I thought it was done only to find it now takes £5 instead of £10. I could continue with the issues this app has caused me but I have much more valuable ways to spend time
