Horizon: Weather Watch Face

Horizon is a digital watch face built around one idea: a single glowing light that circles the dial once every 24 hours. Twelve o'clock is midday, six o'clock position is midnight. The position of the sun/moon tells you roughly what time of day it is before you've even read the numbers.

Instead of a static background, Horizon carries one point of light around the rim continuously. It leaves a soft glow behind it on the edge of the dial, resulting in a clean watch face.

REAL SUNRISE AND SUNSET
Pick a city near you and the light stops moving at a constant pace — it now speeds through the day and slows through the night so it lands exactly on 8 o'clock at sunrise and 4 o'clock at sunset, with the times themselves shown beside the clock. Accessible through the settings. Approximate time shown based on calculation inside wff, no external data required!

GETTING STARTED
Press and hold the current watch face and tap Edit, or choose Horizon from the Watch Face Format list in the Watch app on your phone.

COMPATIBILITY
Wear OS 5.1 or later with Watch Face Format — Pixel Watch and other devices updated to Wear OS 5.1 or newer.

This watch face supports live weather, with the rim changing to match the current status. Rain shows as thin streaks of light, snow as fine scattered speckle, overcast skies dull and soften the glow. Prefer a clean look instead? Switch it to always-clear and the weather effects turn off completely.

After dark, the light itself takes the shape of tonight's actual moon phase — full, crescent, gibbous, quarter, new — pulled from your watch's own data, not a generic moon icon. The main information is prioritized for your wrist, with the date and current conditions in one bold line underneath, and a short phase label above ("Day", "Sunset", "Night", "Sunrise"). Everything stays on when your wrist drops — true black, minimal pixels lit, built for AMOLED battery life.

TWO OPTIONAL COMPLICATIONS
Add two complications at the bottom for steps, battery, your next event, or anything else from your installed apps — or leave them off for a cleaner face. Off by default.
