This CRM has a lot of incredible features and is a very important part of our business. That said, I'm disappointed with the app! It crashes often, losing data in whatever quote is being created. Additionally, the calendar interaction from the app is pretty rough. You can't see an entire month view from the app. You can't reorder line items from the app line you can from PC. You can't reorder your pre-set services. These have all been problems for years over multiple different phones.

it doesn't matter when. it doesn't matter where. near or far. urban or rural. The app never connects to the server. What if you have 5g and full bars? don't worry it won't connect and it will crash several times before getting past their logo at the start. Poor quality service that makes my job as a field technician much less reliable and much more frustrating. Not to mention full service outages are not uncommon and has caused everyone in my company to need to use Google as a back up.

Used this for quite some time for my invoices doing cleaning/maintenance jobs but more recently it updated and wasn't for the better.. Theres alot of minor things that would make it so much better, some I'm not even sure why they'd make it so certain things have to be done a certain way only. It doesn't keep invoices very organized either once done or if don't get it all done right away it ends up deleting all your work done so far. Thinking it's time to find a better option to do my invoices.
